MANY DONORS ARE VICTIMS OF IGNORANCE

The notion that poor and outmoded, ineffectual business models should be supported by additional cost to the customer base is absurd and can’t stand.

We all want to shop at the Mom and Pop, but Mom and Pop has to operate a tight competitive ship or it’s going to sink.

Empathy for the underdog is not now nor will it ever be a business model. Instead of paying more to support a struggling business, let’s treat the cause of the struggles and address that.

This is a rational approach to a sensible evolution in business and culture. After all, business is the trade of and among cultures, so what’s good for business is ultimately good for a culture. Good business is good community and society, and vice-versa.

Smart commerce is not the patronage of businesses which fail to produce a meaningful or useful product or service.

We’ve got the talking part done, now we just have to do it.
