JOKE IS ON RATEPAYER
The great energy bamboozle continues in California, which enacts new legislation January 1st. The energy legislation is the more you use, the less you pay – which is of course a direct incentive to use more energy.
This is a direct benefit to those who sell energy, as the goal of these sellers is volume sales of fossil fuels.
The coverage linked here by the SF Chronicle is a lie and paid for primarily by PG&E. It is an insult to the thinking citizen (apparently polling indicates there are few of these) that this fraudulent piece brings up the energy “crisis” of 2000-2001. This, of course, in reference to the Enron scandal that purposely ripped off billions of dollars from California ratepayers. PG&E’s collusion in this scam to bilk Californians was subsequently proven in the court of law.
Nonetheless, PG&E will continue to do whatever it wants, including spending millions to block renewable energy in California. The corrupted utility retains carte blanche to order the Chronicle to print whatever lies it sees fit to serve its corporate agenda, and the Chronicle remains an illegitimate news outlet and conspirator to fraud.
This is all boring and redundant stuff, but the sad part is that only a tiny fraction of society is aware of these frauds that are tearing down our society.
PG&E is the bad guy and it doesn’t tell the truth. Will we ever get it?
